    In 2024, Old Central City Days will be held on Friday, June 7th, from Noon to 5:00 P.M.; Saturday, June 8th, from 10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. and Sunday, June 9th, from 10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Vendor set up time begins on Friday between 10:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. and Saturday at 8:00 A.M. Vendors must participate in all posted festival hours, as stated in the Festival Rules. If there is dangerous weather conditions, the festival organizers will alert the vendors to a change in hours. 

    The deadline for vendor applications is May 16th at 11:59 P.M.

    Please review the vendor types and choose the most appropriate for your booth. The Old Central City Association reserves the right to refuse any vendor application, should this occur the fee will be refunded. There will be no refund extended on cancellations.

    I have read and agree to observe the Central City Days Rules as stated in this application. I do hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Huntington, Old Central City Days Event, Old Central City Association, and their officers, agents, underwriters, individually and collectively from all fines, penalties, liabilities, losses, claims, damages, and expenses including court costs and attorney fees incurred or suffered as a result of or relating to my participation on the event known as the Annual Central City Days Festival in Huntington, WV.

    • Antiques Showcase=== The Antiques Showcase vendors have established antique dealers and shopkeepers from inside or outside of the Huntington area. All Antique Showcase vendors must bring quality antique and vintage furniture, clothing, home goods, garden accessories, and collectibles. All Antique Showcase vendors will be clustered together, where overnight security will be provided.
    • Artist / Craft Maker Showcase=== The Artist / Craft Maker Showcase highlights fine arts to handmade crafts.  Artists who produce and sell works of art, including pottery,  photography, glass, woodworking, literature, drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, and metalworks, are invited to submit their application to Artist /Craft Maker Showcase. The artist must make all artwork displayed. For Crafts, we require that the artisan or craftsperson handmade the items locally, displaying them on Central City Days. Examples include but are not limited to wreaths; jewelry; items made from wooden pallets; yard art; ceramics; dog clothing and collars; candles; wooden toys; up-cycled items; knitted and crocheted items. Please upload a photo of your work and provide a description of all your products that will be displayed. We encourage you to demonstrate your art or craft while vending at Old Central City Days.
    • Food Trucks === Food trucks will be located in the food vendor area near the Central City Park and Gazebo, however, to be registered as a food truck, the vendor must be fully self-contained and provide their power to be self-sufficient. No support vehicles will be allowed as part of the food truck. All Food Trucks must have valid permits and all necessary licenses. You should contact the Cabell-Huntington Health Department before completing the application to ensure you meet the requirements. 
    • Business  Showcase=== The Business Showcase vendors are available to local businesses who want to share their services or. Promote your business with handouts, displays and items that festival patrons can take home! Contact us about sponsorship opportunities.
    • Community Showcase === The Community Showcase vendors are community groups, not-for-profits, colleges and universities, and informational vendors featuring give-a-ways, games & activities, and information about community events & programs.We ask that activities be kid-friendly and inclusive for all ages!
