Join RenewAll at Gallery 610 located inside Village Antiques & Art on March 12 from 4–7 PM for a special artist reception celebrating Birds & Beasts, a solo exhibition by Ann Grimes. As part of Central City’s Winter Arts Fest, Ann will offer a live felting demonstration, giving visitors a behind-the-scenes look at the fiber techniques featured throughout the exhibit. Stop in, meet the artist, and experience this hands-on art activity in the heart of Central City.

About the Artist:

Ann Grimes is a local artist from Lavalette, West Virginia, whose creative practice spans painting, fiber arts, and sculpture. After a 33-year career teaching art in West Virginia public schools, Ann continues to explore new techniques including needle felting, weaving, and the use of recycled materials. Her work reflects both whimsy and resourcefulness, honoring lessons passed down through generations.
