The Old Central City Association (OCCA) represents shop owners of Central City located on 14th Street West in Huntington, WV. The purpose of the OCCA is to restore and promote the area once known as Central City (July 20, 1893- June 30, 1909). The organization fosters cooperation among our member businesses to increase awareness of this historic area through marketing, media, and events for our regional residents and tourists alike.
