The goal, then, is to help them take a deep breath and walk out of their guilt, shame, and perfectionism and to know that there are others who are suffering and healing alongside them. This book will also encourage mothers in the art of generational cycle-breaking and the understanding that it can have profound effects on children of all ages.. not just infants.
