Wild Ramp Jelly? I think yes!

Last Updated 3/16/2023

Customers love Wild Ramp Jelly.
In a Jam started with a table and a few jars of strawberry jam at a local Parkersburg farmers market. Today, In a Jam produces more than 15 varieties of jams and jellies that can be found in specialty stores and WV State Parks. The jams and jellies are produced in small batches using locally sourced ingredients.

In addition to classic flavors like strawberry, concord grape and red raspberry, In a Jam makes Appalachian favorites like wild ramp jelly, pawpaw butter, and heirloom tomato jam.

Ramps have already emerged from the ground in our region and it won’t be long before we enjoy this early wild edible. Wild Ramp Jelly would be excellent served over shaved pork loin served on a bed of fresh ramps or with steak, ramps, and eggs on a Sunday morning. We’re sure you can also think up some uses for wild ramp jelly!
