About the Presenter:
Renée Lewin has been a business owner for 11 years and has owned and operated Thistle Patch: Vintage Garden & Antiques since 2015. She has had a lifelong passion for indoor and outdoor home design, vintage décor, gardenscapes, and antiques. Renée brings a thoughtful, approachable perspective to creating inviting spaces.
Through her work at Thistle Patch, Renée has helped others discover how decorating with intention using meaningful objects, while incorporating basic principles of design can encourage connection, comfort, and everyday joy. Her design approach focuses on conversation-worthy pieces, warmth, functionality, sustainability, and storytelling with consideration to emphasizing how our surroundings can positively impact daily life.
In addition to her work at Thistle Patch, Renée has designed for clients in their homes, gardens, and businesses for the past 30 years as she worked alongside her mother, an ASID-certified designer, in a family-owned business prior to moving to Huntington and starting her own business. Now, Renée enjoys helping her customers create their own tranquil spaces.
