Bobby Maynard is a multi-instrumentalist and singer with an impressive 40-year career. Mastering the guitar, banjo, fiddle, mandolin, bass, and ukulele, Bobby has performed in 40 states and Canada, sharing the stage with legendary artists like Dolly Parton, Lee Greenwood, and Johnny Russell.

Bobby's musical experience includes six years as a full-time musician at Six Flags Fiesta Texas and Dollywood, and 2.5 years at the Rainbow Music Theatre with Ava Barber's band from the Lawrence Welk Show. He has won numerous accolades, including the WV State Banjo Champ title in 2000 and induction into the WV Country Music Hall of Fame in 2008.

Bobby’s original music has also gained recognition, with his song “East To West Virginia” released as a single and music video, and another original, "Go Getter," showcased on the Shotgun Red TV show.

Now performing with the Bobby Maynard Family Band, featuring his wife Angie on upright bass, daughter Abby on guitar and vocals, and son Nick on mandolin, they recently won the "best bluegrass" category at the Appalachian Arts and Entertainment Awards in 2023.
