Meet Spencer Rowan @ Winter Arts Fest
Spencer Rowan is an artist currently working and living in Huntington, West Virginia. She received her BFA in studio art with an emphasis in sculpture from Arkansas State University in 2019. Working with watercolor, acrylic, charcoal and mixed media, she creates artwork heavily inspired by pop culture with subjects such as celebrities, references from film, and fashion. Along with her personal artwork, she creates custom commissions upon request and on a case-by-case basis.
"I love creators; musicians, fashion designers, movie makers. I am inspired by them and that is why I create. My love for these things can hopefully be seen in each work I produce."
